Sydney is teaching 50 minute daily HOUSEWORK® classes on zoom so that you can take HOUSEWORK® LIVE with her and the #sydsquad! All you need is a set of weights (3-5lb ideally), sliders (towels/ paper plates work), and resistance bands.

You will be sent a personal link to the zoom to your email prior to class.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancels or switches.

For zoom classes, cost is $22 per person taking a live zoom class. The more the merrier, but please make sure each person taking class is signed up.
